Make sure everything is good on the home front. You don't want to come home from a chaotic workday to an uncontrolled house. You want to come home to peace for a piece of mind. Make a weekly schedule delegating a day for each chore. Like Take out trash day Tuesday or wash day Wednesday. Get creative so that you will not burn yourself out.
Take Care of You
Be available for yourself to defrag from the work week. Exercise, have a mini spa day to yourself, get a meal from your favorite restaurant, or hang out with friends. That well needed time will rejuvenate you for a fresh new week. Learn to balance things out, it will keep you from being burnt out.
